Mom and Son Day

Andrew and I started a tradition when we moved to WV. We attend one Pirate's game a year. It's the one that has the Stitch N Pitch Event. STITCH N' PITCH — Fans and FindsLeaving the house that morning!

The Stitch N Pitch Event. Each participant gets a goodie bag. This year's bag had lighted knitting needles, some yarn, a mini cross-stitch kit and some coupons for local yarn shops.

A lady sitting beside us caught a fly ball! She said after attending for 27 years, it's about time!

Cotton Candy is a necessary part of watching the ball game...although I don't think he can see around it.The final score was 11-6... the Pirates lost. But we had a grand time anyway.
